In the evenings, when the streets of the old town become a bit quieter and the light on the old brick facades turns warm, it's time for "Zum Scheele".
A restaurant that fits the house: with character, effortless, and with a cuisine that you remember.

Every evening, guests can enjoy a daily changing 3-course menu — crafted from what the region of Vorpommern has to offer. Fresh, seasonal, with a wine list that complements without overwhelming.
No à la carte — but an offering that goes with the season.

The restaurant is open to hotel guests and to everyone coming from outside. If you're looking for a good evening in Stralsund, you've come to the right place.

In the winter garden, you sit protected — yet still feel like you're not entirely indoors. The outdoor lounge and terrace are the perfect spot in the warmer months where the evening lasts longer than planned. Not a bad sign.
